All purchases made through Upcycle Creative are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for any reason, including changes of mind, sizing preferences, or personal preferences after purchase.

Our shirts are made from upcycled garments and materials. As a result:

Each item is unique and may vary slightly in color, texture, or appearance.
Minor imperfections, signs of previous wear, or small variations may be present.
These characteristics are considered part of the garment's individuality and are not considered defects.
We carefully inspect all items before shipment to ensure they meet our quality standards.

While minor imperfections may occasionally occur, they are generally subtle and not readily noticeable during normal wear.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is significantly damaged during shipping or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email address]. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution.
